Jonathan "Skip" Slavin, Senior Vice President/Manager of Commercial Loan Group
Skip Slavin joined Seattle Mortgage in 1997. During this time, he has been a top originator of both construction and permanent loans on behalf of Seattle Mortgage and its correspondent lenders. Previously, Skip worked for a successful regional developer and operator of multi-family properties in the western United States. During his tenure, he was responsible for equity and tax exempt bond financing as well as the acquisition and development of new properties for the company. Skip received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from the University of Washington with an emphasis in finance. In addition, he has completed several well-recognized industry seminars, including the University of Washington Commercial Real Estate Certificate Program.

Brian Bonipart, Loan Officer
Brian Bonipart has a long history within real estate. After graduating from the University of Washington in 1990 with a degree in Business Finance, he joined Security Properties accounting department and later moved up into their asset management division. In the fall of 1993, Brian joined Seattle Mortgage to centralize the servicing functions for commercial real estate loans. With a successful tenure in the servicing department, he started originating loans for the commercial department in 1995. Brian continues his successful career with Seattle Mortgage by attending to his long term relationships with several merchant builders and prominent families within the commercial real estate business. In addition, he has completed several well-recognized industry seminars, including the University of Washington Commercial Real Estate Certificate Program.

Timothy Ellis, Loan Officer
Tim Ellis is a Loan Officer with more than 11 years of experience in the commercial real estate finance industry. He began his finance career in 1989 at PNC Bank in his home town of Philadelphia, PA while attending business school at Temple University. After moving to Redmond, Washington in 1995, he directed his career towards financing all types of income-producing commercial real estate investments.
