Seattle Mortgage offers very competitive salary and compensation packages. We offer our branch managers one hundred percent of their branch’s net profits. Loan officer salary and commission structures are determined by the branch managers.

All employees benefit from 401K plan options - with a company match - and annual company stock offerings. Our company stock has outperformed the stock market by 10 percent in recent years*. Company stock purchases, like 401K contributions, are treated as deferred compensation and not counted as taxable income until time of distribution.
